Jason Jonathan Roy was born on July 21, 1990, in Durban, South Africa, before moving to England. He is a right-handed opening batsman known for his aggressive batting style and ability to dominate bowling attacks from the outset. Roy has been a key player for the England national cricket team in limited-overs cricket, playing pivotal roles in England’s white-ball squads, including their triumphant 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup campaign.
