South Africa defeated England by six wickets in the opening ODI of the series. They suffered a whitewash in the T20I series at home and looked determined to bounce back in Kimberley. They did so by restricting England to 186 runs in the first innings. Marizanne Kapp and Annerie Dercksen picked up three wickets each and will be hoping to keep up with the momentum.
England, on the other hand, may not dissect the loss in the first ODI. They were sensational in the T20I series and will be hoping to bounce back in the second ODI on Sunday, December 8 at Kingsmead.
